Product Guarantee

• We aim to exceed your expectations by providing you with friendly, efficient and professional service, and delicious Christmas cakes!

• We pride ourselves on baking exceptional fruit cakes from only the highest quality ingredients and therefore stand by our product and service.

Whilst every care has been taken to ensure your cake arrives on time and in perfect condition, occasionally problems do occur and therefore we offer you the following guarantee.

• If for any reason your Christmas cake does not arrive in perfect condition, we will either replace your cake or refund your purchase price!

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems.

Product Availability

As we are a boutique company, there are only a limited number of Christmas cakes available each year. We recommend you order early to avoid disappointment and apologize if our product is sold out.

Shipping

• Shipping Service - Our cakes are shipped from our American warehouse via FedEx.

• Delivery Times - For guaranteed delivery by Christmas, the cut off date for orders is 15 December 2007.
